  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
  • In case of accidental duplicate payment or order error, please contact us immediately before dispatch.

  • Share clear photos and videos of the product and package

  • Include Order ID, Name, Phone Number, and Proof of Issue

After review, we may offer:

  • Taste preference issues do not qualify for return/refund.
